Free Education: Empathized Before You Donate

To teach children is the help children need today. Everyone, somewhere or another, wished to have a perfect life and a perfect world. But that is something that won’t happen, and we all are afraid of that reality.

You walk down the streets of Thailand with a burger and soda on hand, and there you see poverty lies underneath your eyes. They are those people with sad grief of the living. And there are those children and the smile and joy in their faces, they mask the immense sadness, and struggle of their way of living.

It was sad, heart-wrenching. It was poor. How can one take to walk down the street the following day with a soda and burger on hand without even having the need to give it to them?

This is where the Desmond Teo Yen Koon concept began.

Desmon Teo Yen Koon and The Poor

In the year 2012, desmond teo yen koon, visited Moo Baam Dek orphanage to donate bags, pillows, and toys for the young ones. It was inevitable that very day that the orphanage is occupied with underprivileged children yet they enjoyed playing within a lively atmosphere.

By then, Desmond Teo Yen Koon told himself that he will never want to see children in the streets of Bangkok again. They deserve a life, which might not be that grand at all,  but a life where you can smile, laugh and play and live comfortably.

It was an awakening, a calling to help big to those who are in need. To lend his vision, his connections and to somehow seek for someone who has the same passion and believe— to help the poot, to give to the ones in need.

And that someone is you, let’s help him and be a part of his journey to helping Thailand and even the whole world.
