Our client an established Cysec Regulated Forex Company and they are currently recruiting an Account Service Manager for the Sales Department.

Overall Purpose of Role:
A sales representative must be a result-driven sale to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. He/She will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Handles customer calls with Customer Service related inquiries
Solving any customer problems effectively and efficiently.
Customer retention by negotiations.
Provides solutions that are attractive to the customer.
Suggests products to the customer.
Utilizes sales skills to hit sales and retention goals.
Communicates with Management on all customer and issues.
Pro-actively and consistently follow-up to all customer inquiries, either via phone/email/chat.
Identify industry/market trends
Focus on customer satisfaction
Fluency in English to a Native or near native standard. Any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
No sales experience required. Some experience will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be able to articulate details to customers in a professional manner.
Able to multi-task; talk on the phone and type notes simultaneously.
Effective problem solver.
Any experience or exposure in the financial markets will be considered a distinct advantage.

Initiate phone calls with new prospective clients/leads
Following up with registered live accounts clients
Communicating with new prospective business associates for future cooperation.
Keeping record via in-house CRM of all client’s emails, phone calls and chats
Convert leads into New Live clients
