Our client, an Architectural Office, is looking to hire an Accountant/Secretary for their offices here in Limassol.

Accounting Knowledge – To create Invoices, Receipts, Payslips, and pass receipts through the program. This is one of the most important aspects for our office.
Pleasant Person – A person that will greet clients with a professional manner and make the clients feel relaxed. Prepare coffee and organize the conference table for meetings.
Management/Organised – A person who is organized and willing to tidy and clear things which have not been organized for a while.
Outside Office Tasks – Visiting the bank, Visiting various organizations that will need to be paid, Receiving envelopes or packages from clients or the post office.

Filing of the Office
Booking Air Tickets
Answering Phone Calls
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00

Fluent Knowledge of the English Language (Writing and Speaking) – This is in order to send letters and emails to clients abroad.
Fluent Knowledge of the Greek Language (Writing and Speaking) – This is in order to send letters and emails to clients based in Cyprus or Greece.
Knowledge of Accounting Skills
Pleasant, Kind and Willing.
Management Skills.

Our client offers a salary of 875 -1000 euros gross per month based on skills, qualifications and experience and 13th salary.
