Our client, a Legal and Financial Company, are looking to hire an accountant for their offices here in Limassol.
Prepare and examine financial records, make sure that records are accurate and that taxes are paid properly and on time
Preparation of financial monthly and annual reports
Preparation of monthly budget
Preparing accounts and tax returns
Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
Auditing financial information
Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
Analyzing accounts and business plans
Provide support to other departments.
To complete all allocated tasks in an accurate, neat and professional manner, while ensuring attention to detail is displayed and follow up is conducted thoroughly.
Ideally educated to degree level in Bookkeeping, Accounting.
Knowledge of Bookkeeping programs
Knowledge of VAT submission and procedures
A minimum of 2+ years of relevant working experience is essential for this position.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Total fluency in English and Greek (Written & Spoken) is essential; working knowledge of Russian will be considered a significant advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer and organizational skills.

The company is offers 1250-1400 euros gross per month based on skills, qualifications and experience.
