Our client is an established CySec regulated trading company based in Limassol and is looking to hire an Accountant/Back Office officer
Accounting/ Back office Duties.
Updating the records in the accounting Software.
Bank accounts and PSPs Reconciliation.
Preparation of payroll.
Preparation and Payment of Social Insurance, Tax Authorities.
Review and preparation of General Ledger for VAT / Communication with Auditors for review
Preparation of Financial Statements for CRD, Sending to Auditors and reviewing their Findings
Completion of Financial Information and Clients Banks Balances Information for CYSEC Reports.
Handling Clients’ Deposits and Withdrawals.
Providing assistance to the company’s Risk Manager, AML Compliance officer and other executives for preparing regulatory reports
Handling the office suppliers.
Ensure clients’ information is accurately recorded in the Company’s record system.
