Our client, a well-established CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated individual in the role of Accounting Assistant.
- Preparing banks and PSP reconciliations
- Preparing and maintaining bank records of multi-currency bank accounts
- Assisting in the preparation of daily and monthly bank balances and movement
- Maintaining accounting books and records on a daily basis
- Updating, verifying and maintaining accounting journals and ledgers
- Preparing payments of expenses and other creditors for approval.
- University Degree in Accounting or in a related field or ACCA student
- 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
- Fluency in the English language, oral and written.
The working hours will be from 09.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
