Our client, a Fashion Designer, Manufacturer and Distributor, with headquarters in North America, is now looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk for his new offices in Limassol.

Responsible for:
– Keep track and follow up on customers payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
– Facilitate swift payment of invoices(SEPA) due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts
– Organise and setup payment plans with customers either by phone or correspondence
– Insure periodic follow-up with Head Office
– Bi-weekly audits of direct debits payments (SEPA)
– Verify discrepancies and resolve customers billing issues
– Following up of claim deductions and price discrepancies directly with customers
– Filing and various other office duties
– Insured communication with Head Office

Qualifications:
– Fluent in Spanish & English (French could be an asset)
– Good organizational skills
– Experience in an office setting
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Meticulous and attention to details
