A theme park in Limassol, is looking to hire an Administrator for their office with the possibility to become an Office Manager in the future.
Communicating with clients via various communication channels (email, phone, etc.)
Giving administrative support other departments
Organization and coordination of administrative activities
Other administrative tasks
The ideal candidates will be:
Russian, English and Greek speaking
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft including Excel, Power Point and Word
Be a good team player who is dedicated, meticulous in their work and capable of meeting deadlines
Must hold a driving license – this is essential
Able to handle pressure of start up and adapt to different tasks
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must have administration experience working within the office sector
The working hours are standard office hours
