Overall Purpose of Role: Effective delivery, management and development of customer (trader) acquisition via our affiliate program.
Main Activities and Responsibilities: To establish, build, and maintain relationships with current and new affiliates. This will include deal negotiations, optimizing and reporting on campaign performance, forming creative strategies and objectives, cold calling and prospecting, conflict resolution.
Requirements: 2+ years previous demonstrable experience within the Forex industry
Experience of Affiliation within the Gaming industry an advantage
Prior experience in performance based digital marketing preferable Ability to negotiate and to mediate between different interests within the organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Communication skills in Chinese will be considered a strong advantage Persistence with cold calling
Ability to develop a database of partnerships, and building relationships essential
Having personal drive and clear ambitions, targets.

Able to liaise with stakeholders at different levels to communicate plans and results effectively

o o Achieve agreed targets of new and retained affiliates, numbers of Leads and new customers (traders) onboarded, financial targets and so on.

o o Understanding compliance requirements of our regulator(s), and ensuring our Affiliate remain compliant (with how they promote us) always.

o o The Affiliate Manager shall be accountable for their performance, and must set a high standard for their work o o A great team player with a positive and driven attitude, who can collaborate with different team members within the organization to make sure all objectives are being met
o o Communicate with top affiliates on a regular basis, maintaining strong one-on-one relationships o o Maximise profitability of relationships, by deep understanding through analytical reporting
o o Create and propose new incentives/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks via newsletters and other affiliate communications.
o o Creating tools for affiliates to enable them to show products and get links easier o o Educating affiliates on best practices.
