Our client is a small Forex Trading Company based in Limassol and they are looking to hire a high-level, serious individual with at least 4 years experience in a similar role within the forex industry and with and active clientele base.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis. He / She is responsible for identifying, evaluating and recruiting new affiliates to increase program distribution and interfacing with internal marketing and other team to develop and implement marketing strategies and support affiliate programs.
Develop and maintain existing relations with affiliates ensuring excellent service standards
Negotiate with new affiliates and execute contracts
Ability to set expectations, negotiate, setting targets and manage active affiliate roster based on performance
Being responsible for promotions and campaigns targeted at partners
Maintenance of the partner database to ensure accurate client information and contact details
Daily analysis and monitoring of the affiliates activities to improve and enhance sales and program efficiency
Provide solutions and assistance to affiliates and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues
Researching, initiating and executing plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, affiliate networks and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
Working closely with marketing team to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and campaigns to improve retention
Enhance and also build where necessary, processes, systems and features to support business growth in acquiring new online affiliates and IBs
To work closely with the product management team in order to develop dedicated technology and features for managing affiliates and IBs
Providing general information to the IBs and Affiliates about the company and its services, and assisting them to effectively manage their clients
Ensuring all procedures are processed effectively for opening accounts and verifying customer documents
Guide current sales team to better their relationships with their set of affiliates and give them new strategies to help their partners and motivate them increase the revenue.
The ideal candidates will have:
At least 4 years experience in a similar role within the forex industry
Good communication skills in a cross-functional environment
Positive attitude and desire to help the company and teammates succeed
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing
The salary is based on skills and experience
The working hours are 9am to 6pm
