Our client, a Hotel Group, is looking to hire an Assistant General Manager for their offices in Paphos.
They are looking for a young and ambitious person with a true passion for hospitality, strong commercial acumen, great leadership skills with an urge to make a difference. There is room for growth and a great opportunitity to become the General Manager.
Assist General Manager with overseeing all operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales and Accounting
Ensure the high standard of quality and customer satisfaction
Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
Promoting and marketing the business
Create a supportive atmosphere for employee growth
Friendly, energetic, patient, diligent
A professional manner and a calm, rational approach in crisis situations
A strong background of management level experience within the hotel industry (at least 3 years)
Fluent Greek and English (Russian proficiency is a plus but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to foresee business trends
Exceptional negotiation skills and essential entrepreneurial abilities
Genuine desire to learn and develop
Our client offers a salary of 2500 euros gross per month based on skills, experience and qualifications, plus 13th salary, bonus scheme, medical insurance and free parking.
