Our client is a leading Shipping and Logistics company and they are currently looking to employ a dynamic individual in the role of Assistant Shipping Manager for their Limassol Offices.
Candidates must be fluent in Greek and English and hold a degree in shipping and/or logistics and have a min of 3-5 years’ work experience in shipping agency and port operations. Previous experience with oil & gas operations shall be considered an advantage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist the Shipping Manager and act as a Project/ Key Account Manager and coordinate all shipping and logistical operations of a particular job
To assist with submission of quotations and tenders
To set operational procedures and oversee their implementation
To manage a team of professionals
To meet with customers
