Areas of responsibilities for the Customer Relationship Managers:
Manage a portfolio of active accounts while also prospecting new business and maintaining the contact with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Solving customer requests by offering ideas and insights to improve the customer’s issues and challenges. Assisting with technical solutions and guiding the accounts how to fully use various systems.
Provide support to customers by answering incoming email sand telephone calls , chats and personal meetings
Fluent English with any additional languages an advantage
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior customer service experience in binary options/forex/gaming industry – an advantage
Proven interpersonal skills, positive attitude
Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
The company is offering a salary starting at 1500 – 2000 Euros based on previous skills and experience
