Our client is a CySEC Regulated Investment Firm based in Limassol and they are looking to hire a Back Office Administrator to join its fast growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Review of Clients’ documents and approval of new live account applications into the Company’s system
Assisting the Customer Support Department in dealing with clients’ requests
Updating Clients’ accounts into the Company’s system
Ensure that all necessary information and documents are collected and all the Company’s records are updated
Reviewing and updating of Back Office procedures to ensure that they are up to date;
Preparing KYC and related procedures
Performing compliance check-up and ongoing monitoring of clients in order to minimize fraud attempts
Evaluating clients’ risk appetite and financial status
Creating, updating and cancelling transactions including internal transfers, payouts, deposits and withdrawals
Performing source of funds checks
Managing online merchant accounts
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Work closely with company’s departments for Back Office related topics
Assistance in implementation of new operational processes improvements, related to transactions, registration, validation and deleting of clients account

Requirements:
Holder of B.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
MS Excel advanced knowledge is required
Fluent in English is mandatory, any extra language will be considered an advantage
CySEC Advanced Certification will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of the Global Markets and AML procedures will be considered an advantage
Attentive to details, multi-tasking, able to perform an intensive highly responsible job quickly and accurately
