Our client, an International Forex Company, is now looking to recruit a Back Office Assistant Manager
-Prepare plans and reports on the findings and advising the management on the most suitable new payment methods for existing and future markets
-Assist the BO Manager to manage and monitor the Backoffice team for better coordination and accuracy regarding customer’s deposits, customer’s withdrawals and credit facilities
-Assist the Sales & Marketing in the research and development of new products in respect to customers’ needs, customers segments pricing, target groups, competitive offerings and technological abilities, new payment methods etc.
-Ensure that all Backoffice Deposits, Backoffice Withdrawals, Credit Facilities, credit facility limits, payments made to BI’s are accurate in an efficient and effective manner as per the customer’s request
-Configuring client delicate information on Backoffice different software
-Ensure that authorized outgoing transfers to customers used through various different channels are accurately reviewed
-Ensure that all customer’s deposits used through various different methods are accurately reviewed
-Ensure in the development and implementation of new procedures within the Backoffice department to enhance the effective workflow of the department
-Any other tasks and duties as assigned to the employee by BO Manager
-Bachelors degree preferable in /Accounting/Business Administration/Finance or management,
-At least five years in a similar position in a Forex company.
-Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (other languages such as Arabic are considered an advantage)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Works independently and as a part of a team and is able to lead a team
-Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
-Must be eligible to work in Cyprus
Salary: 2,000-2,500 Euros gross + 13th salary.
