Our client, a CySec Licensed Forex Company located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Back Office Assistant.

– Maintaining client records
– Processing clients trading agreements and IB agreements
– Processing deposits and withdrawals of client funds
– Log details relating to the customer complaints, inquiries, feedbacks
– Efficient reconciliation of customer transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
– Coordinating with dealing desk with regards to suspicious client trading activity
– Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of client documentation.
– Carrying out Know Your Client procedure
– Assist the Back Office Manager with any necessary tasks
– Abide by quality controls and procedures to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
– Advise the Back Office Manager on any necessary changes or actions with regards to procedures.
– Any other Ad-hoc activities not listed above, that may occur on an as and when basis.

– Relevant Degree
– Relevant experience working in Forex
– Excellent English Language Skills

Up to €1,600 Euros gross per month x 13 salaries.
