Our client is an international forex trading company with offices in Cyprus and globally and they are looking to hire a Back Office Customer Service Representative to join their established office in Limassol.
This department is the face and voice of the company and works according the Company’s guidelines, goals and key values, going above and beyond for every customer.
Contact clients on money in money out and credit card loss and fraud permeation issues.
Deal with internal and external clients.
First line assistance in making sure the company is compline according to the Cyprus and EU regulation.
Great service orientation.
Good ability to work under pressure.
Willing to work extra hour
Ability to think out of the box.
English at a very high level (reading, spoken and written).
Great Service oriented – provide awesome customer service and “wow” experience to the company’s clients by phone, chat and e-mail.
Able to work with frequent change.
Good understanding of workflows, self learner.
