Job Description

Our client is  a fast growing FINTECH company with Headquarters  in Shanghai China.  To meet the
increasing demand from brokers all over the world, our client  has recently established its Europe office and looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research the market to identify buying/selling opportunity and customer needs.
  • Attend events, special interest groups, conferences and seminars to seek new opportunities.
  • Negotiate with clients to solidify the terms of each contract. Ensure each contract adhere to regulations and guidelines.
  • To meet goads, sales quotas and activity standards.
  • To provide training to client on the use of the Company’s products and platforms.
  • To provide feedback regarding client’s requirement, industry trend, market intelligence etc.
  • Maintain the integrity of confidential information.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience in Forex or Fintech industry
  • Great communication skills
  • Great follow up and follow through skills
  • Hunter mentality – Superior prospecting abilities
  • Partner success mentality
  • Professional, trustworthy, driven, engaging, enthusiastic, friendly and articulate
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • Ability to build new business and expand the territory
  • Ability to create initiatives and follow them to completion
  • Ability to successfully lead business development through each phase of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Additional languages are considered advantageous
