Job description – Compliance Officer
As part of your position you will be responsible in ensuring that the company’s operation follows all relevant legal and internal regulations.
Develop and implement an effective and legal compliance program, create internal controls and monitor them, draft and revise company policies as needed,
Proactively audit internal processes, evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk, collaborate with internal and external divisions as needed,
Educate and train employees on regulation and industry practices and more.
To achieve these goals and more you must be independent, reliable and assertive with great familiarity of the industry standards.
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a compliance officer
Cysec certified – preferably advanced level
Experience with regulatory processes in Europe – a must, a preference for knowledge of worldwide regulatory practices.
Experience in AML monitoring
Risk management experience
BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or relevant field
Great attention to detail and communication skills
