Our client, a Law Firm, is looking to hire a Corporate Administrator for their offices here in Limassol.

The position will be responsible for:
Preparing and reviewing agreements and resolutions
Preparing and reviewing Powers of Attorney together with their empowering resolutions
Arranging for the execution of documents as required
Arranging for the certification of documents and legislation by apostille of documents
Communicating with lawyers and/or fiduciary companies for the collection of signatures
Handling all administrative work and correspondence (local and overseas) related to allocated companies
Monitoring and keeping proper company records
Opening and maintaining company bank accounts in International banks
Liaise with the Registrar of Companies for recording various changes in the companies status

Fluent Greek and English language
Competent in Registration of a new company from A to Z(name approval and knowledge of the various forms of the Registrar of Companies)
Update the filing system of the existing companies (both hard copies and electronic form)
Familiar with the corporate documents i.e. Trust Documents, Resolutions, Minutes etc
Experienced with invoicing for the different jobs that will be done for our clients
Have certain experience of the bank procedures i.e opening of bank accounts, transfers and payments

Our client offers a salary of 1500 euros gross based on skills, qualifications and experience
