Customer Relationship Manager
Areas of responsibilities for the Customer Relationship Managers:
Manage a portfolio of active accounts while also prospecting new business and maintaining the contact with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Solving customer requests by offering ideas and insights to improve the customer’s issues and challenges. Assisting with technical solutions and guiding the accounts how to fully use various systems.
Provide support to customers by answering incoming emails and telephone calls, chats and personal meetings
Fluent English is a must; any additional languages will be considered an advantage
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior customer service experience in binary options/forex/gaming industry – an advantage
Proven interpersonal skills, positive attitude
Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Develop and grow the network of clientele and business partners by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Assisting with forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions, effective cost control and establishing price strategy.
Maintain excellent level of technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends of products and solutions, monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Develop proper business relations with the customers and account personnel
The working hours are from 09:00 – 18:00 with one hour lunch break,from Monday to Friday.
The company is offering a salary of 1,500 Euros up to 1800 Euros gross per month plus bonus and medical insurance, according to each candidate skills and qualifications.
