Our client, an Insurance Company is looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor for their team in Limassol. In this role you will get an internal training until you have proven the ability to manage a high volume workload in a polite and constructive manner with solid record of success in trouble shooting and problem solving. A Customer Service Advisor is a committed team member who consistently achieves customer service goals and productivity and sales targets while adding significant value to the Company’s commitment of exceeding customer satisfaction.
Presenting, promoting and selling the company’s products face-to-face and over the telephone, through the evaluation of customer needs
Participating in outbound campaigns aiming to promote and sell company products
Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints efficiently and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
Assisting policyholder in understanding the covers they have or wish to obtain through transparency and promoting additional products to them while developing strong customer relationships
Cash handling and banking
Willing to travel to other cities in Cyprus when and if required
University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or similar
Insurance qualification will be considered an advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and sales
Excellent command of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
Ability to work under pressure
Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
Proven Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)
Energetic, enthusiastic and driven by sales
Committed, dedicated, truthful
Caring about people and quality
The working hours are 08.00 – 13.00 and 15.00 – 18.00 or 09.00 – 17.00. The working schedules are rotating every week.
The salary is 1,000 – 1,200 Euros as a basic salary for the first month, which is a training month (internally). After 6 months salary will be reviewed.
