Contact clients on money in money out and credit card loss and fraud permeation issues.
Deal with internal and external clients.
First line assistance in making sure the company is compline according to the Cyprus and EU regulation.

English at a very high level (read, speech and written).
Second language of French or German is desirable
Great Service oriented – provide awesome customer service and “wow” experience to the company’s clients by phone, chat and e-mail.
