Our client is looking for an Customer Service/Sales Rep. They are a supplier of Health and Beauty products, established in 2004, they began the supply of these commodities to consumers worldwide. They also incorporate logistic services for many online retailers.
Seeking to employ a driven customer service/sales representative, with a sales-orientated mindset and apt for handling customer service inquiries in a logical and swift manner.
The ideal candidate would be a fast learner, who can work from ones own initiative in producing results. Strong communicative skills to encourage sales and ensure the best possible buying
experience for our customers.
Listing products for sale in the most attractive manner on multiple online platforms
Handling customer service inquiries
General administrative duties related to the platforms and websites
Knowledge and skills:
Proficiency in written English is a must
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively to meet targets
Knowledge of Excel would be considered an advantage
Experience in sales would be considered an advantage
1200 Euros gross basic
Commission on business generated
Bonuses paid on the group’s overall performance
As the client deals with the US market the role will require shift work (4pm – 12pm, 5pm-1:00am, 6pm – 2:00am)
