Our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm, is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer who wants to join an established and very successful company.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, MIS, Information Technology or other related field
Fluent in Greek and English – both written and verbal
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HR, BI systems, Accounting or other Business Software
Able to work well under pressure
Show of initiative and self-motivation
Any working experience will be considered an advantage
The position will be responsible for:
Provide technical and functional support call center
Responsible for the recording, resolution and monitoring of customer support incidents
Take ownership of support incident investigation and resolution according to service level agreements
Provide implementation assistance including data migration, testing, and training and user manual
Work to exacting project timelines and delivery requirements
