– Follow KYC procedures in order to advise clients.
– Provide full customer support to clients via email and Live Chat
– Previous experience in a customer support or back office role in Forex is a must
– Fluency in English + a European language
– MT4 Platform Knowledge is considered an advantage.
– Organized, diligent and detail oriented
– Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications
– Positive can-do attitude
