The Customer Support Representative is the image of the company and responsible for the quality of the experience provided to the customers.
The Employee shall provide Customer Support to customers of the Company, which includes the following tasks:
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
Answering client’s requests
Promoting products and services to clients
Optimize customers’ satisfaction
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
The nature of this role requires the employee to work on a 24/7 shift schedule on rotation. The shifts are as follows:
For every shift worked from 00:00-08:00, the employee shall receive 20 euro additional to the basic salary.
The successful candidate must have a very good knowledge (written and spoken) of the English language, as well as to be highly computer literate.
The company is offering a competitive basic salary starting from 1100 Euros gross per month based on skills and experience plus commissions and bonuses based on business and revenue generated as well as targets reached and conversions achieved. Medical Insurance after 3 months.
