Responding to client account queries via Email, Telephone Calls and Chat in a polite and professional manner.
Further training is provided by the company.
Fluent English speakers or fluency in of one of the following languages: German or any Scandinavian language.
Customer care skills (with experience)
Good communications/public relations skills.
Prior experience in customer service considered an advantage.
Ability to work shifts (2 days off for day shifts and 3 days off for work shifts)
Ability to work both alone and as part of a team essential.
