– Handling of new clients on a daily basis mostly by phone.
– To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.
– Maintaining contact with clients to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
– Gaining thorough knowledge of company’s products, services and relevant procedures.
– To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales.
– To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalized upon.
– Provide direction and guidance to clients for using the Company’s trading system.
– Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all internal systems.
– To develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions.
– Be proactive in self-development regarding sales techniques and industry knowledge.
– University/College Degree
– Fluency in English -Native
– Previous sales experience
– I.T. Proficient
– Experience/Knowledge of the FX industry will be considered an advantage
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Full training will be given
– Additional language skills will be considered an advantage
