The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Processing of Client transactions using our internal CRM (creating deposits/withdrawals and any other internal transactions as required)
Correspondence with clients for any finance matter
Finance reconciliation between CRM and client’s trading accounts on a daily/monthly basis
Assisting in bookkeeping, as required
Any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor
To provide administrative support, such as:
General administration/clerical support including stationery and equipment supplies and filing.
Maintaining the overall standard of the office space including liaising with cleaning services
To maintain office equipment and liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance and supplies.
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluency in English
A diploma or degree in Accounting , Finance or any related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in Forex industry is a must
Excellent computer skills (Excel, MS Office applications)
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Self motivated, with ability to take initiative and work under pressure
Very strong team value work ethic
The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm with no weekends.
The company is offering a competitive salary of between 1400 – 1500 Euros gross per month based on qualifications and experience plus benefits including Medical Insurance.
