The Invoicing Team Lead ensures timely processing and payment with accuracy of Customer Invoices while at the same time, striving to achieve effective, cooperative and proactive work environment and processes. The successful applicant will be responsible to plan and review daily productions of the Invoicing department, to ensure delivery of outputs per defined SLA and to update Standard Operating Procedures as and when needed. The Invoicing Team Lead will ensure that customer invoices as per the agreed deal milestone and according to the local tax and other regulations as well as support the preparation of management information reports. The role involves having performance reviews for team members, prepare and put into action training for the new joiners. In this role you will be acting as a Supervisor for 18 people and you will be reporting to the manager of the department.
A university degree in Economics Finance or a relevant subject
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an Accounting Domain such as Invoicing
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a people leadership role (supervisor)
Very good Excel skills (consolidation and reporting)
Strong Oracle/Sap Knowledge is a plus
Dynamic person with good presentation skills
