Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
Being in full control of the Support Room during shifts.
To provide knowledge and advice to the supervisor and team members.
To manage efficiently workloads amongst the group.
To arrange shift cover in emergency/short staff situations.
Identifying and reporting technical issues to management.
Experience within the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage.
Ability to multi-task, self-manage their workload and work under pressure.
