Our client is a leader in the international internet gaming industry providing gaming support to players as well as product and solutions packages & support to B2B partners. They have been in operation since 2011 and have experienced rapid expansion over the last 5 years within the operations here in Cyprus.
They are looking to hire a person to fulfill the position of Fraud & Payments Analyst to be based at their offices here in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Monitoring customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns.
Investigation, reporting and undertaking remedial action on suspicious account transactions to protect business from financial loss
Utilisation of fraud and payments systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages and keep chargeback ratio within acceptable limit
Reviewing and processing all withdrawal requests
Contributing and ensuring compliance
Resolving customer queries
The successful candidate will have:
Strong experience of working in a Fraud and/or Payments Analyst role, preferably within the online gaming industry.
Ability to manage tasks effectively and in a timely manner
High level of attention to detail.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Due to the nature of the industry this position will require shift and weekend work and therefore flexibility in working hours is a must.
The company is offering a starting salary of 1200 Euros gross per month plus 20 Euro for every shift worked between 00.00-08.00
