Our client is a Cysec Regulated Broker based in Limassol and they are expanding their Business development department and looking to recruit an experienced French Speaker in the role of French Business development Specialist.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will lead the global strategy for the French region and drive the sales plan and grow the existing base of clients.
Working closely with the CBDO to identify and develop potential business opportunities.

Main Requirements:
Bachelor degree (Economics/Finance degree preferred)
2+ years relevant work experience in a similar position
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, problem solve and mathematical thought process
Solid teamwork ability in multicultural environment
Excellent communication skills both within the internal organisation and external client communications
Excellent spoken & written French & English

Responsibilities & Duties:
To lead in the deployment of the Global Go-To-Market strategy and sales plan for growing the existing base of clients, primarily through Institutional Sales;
Develop relationships with clients and maximize new business development opportunities;
Facilitate the sales and pricing process to achieve profit objectives by generating trading activity;
Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets, and analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential;
Execute and manage every element of the sales process on an individual level, drive revenue and use learnings to refine sales processes and build a highly efficient sales operation;
Communicate with the Group’s target client databases as well as own personal network of clients to represent the Group’s various product offerings and manage the sales process from the initial stages through to final agreement;
Develop, maintain and improve business relations with institutional accounts of the Group;
Establish a trusted advisor status with existing client relationships and the ability to influence key decision makers by inspiring confidence in winning new clients and partners;
Maintain periodic contact with existing clients/partners and act as a liaison between clients/partners and the rest of the organisation for various activities (e.g. setting up accounts, facilitating transactions, etc.);
Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions internally;
Represent the Group at conferences, trade fairs and networking events;
Communicate with clients and potential clients to define objective and needs, whilst assisting the company to develop and offer appropriate solutions to queries;
Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents;
Review and enhance written marketing materials to effectively prepare for client meetings.
