The position includes the following:
Support of customers abroad via email, chat and phone. Managing customer care relations and keeping the end client satisfied.
Working closely with several interfaces at the same time sales, finance and Marketing.
Overseeing the customer verification process (compliance assistant)
Translation of company materials to German
Monday – Friday morning and evening shifts
German Mother tongue – a must
English very good level – a must
Basic computer, office skills and “office” program orientation – a must
Ability to work 5 days a week mornings and evenings
9:00 – 18:00 – 3 times a week (including Friday) & 12:00 – 21:00 – 2 times a week
High verbal and written abilities – a must
Experience as a customer support representative – a big advantage
Any other languages – an advantage
The successful candidate should have great communication and first impression skills, be assertive with high working ethics, multi-tasking abilities, initiative and highly motivated.
