Our client is a newly established Cysec regulated Forex company based in Limassol and they are in the process recruiting further staff for their Customer Support Department .
Following up on client enquiries and handling requests
Resolving clients’ enquiries via Live Chat, email and/or telephone
Providing general information to the clients about the company and its services
Able to support the team when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Languages: Fluency in Italian or German and English
Fluency in one or more other languages will be an advantage
Previous experience in similar position is a plus
Excellent customer communication skills
Personality: Pleasant and patient
