A client of ours, a leading company in the Financial Sector, is need of a German Speaker for their Customer Support team.

This job would be right for an individual with passion in providing an outstanding service to customers and desire to work in a multinational team of  an international company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generating sales leads
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide information in regards to the KYC procedures that clients need to follow
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of the German Language
