- Primary point of contact and client maintenance of high value clients
- Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
- Maintaining the in house database
- Generating and retaining clients
- Following up on client matters
- Customer Service, including Customer retention and relationship
- Fluency in German
- Previous online Retention experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be Computer literate
