In the role you will be an advisor to the business leaders to build the organizational & individual capabilities and ensure effective decision making particularly related to the human capital assets of the business.
Partner with business leaders to provide consultation on HR related topics such as workforce planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent & leadership management, etc.
Drive, develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of a full business “picture”
Anticipate and plan for the effects of organization change, identify risks and develop action plans to ensure the change succeed
Ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes
Promote an organization climate based on The Company’s values and code of ethics, to deepen the implementation of these values and strengthen employee’s engagement
Collaboration with learning services, ensure a sustainable learning framework is established, to promote learning and knowledge development
Set up governance and process to utilize budget (salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions, and performance management)
Manage the work force to include head count standardization work force planning and position management to assure effectiveness.
Bachelor or Master’s Degree Specialization in HR Degree- is an advantage
6 to 8 years of experience in various HR Functions
Working experience with global teams or in a multicultural environment preferably in the high-tech industry
Experience of working in a Matrix Organization can be an added advantage
Knowledge of HR Processes- Recruitment to Release
Knowledge about local Labor Laws
Ability to own end to end HR projects, programs and processes
