Provide technical and functional support through a live support chat.
Answering e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments.
Responsible for the recording, resolution and monitoring of customer support incidents.
Manage support incident investigation and resolution according to service agreements.
Providing all relevant information to prospect clients (documentation etc.)
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and requirements.
Working with deadlines.
Handling calls and incoming requests from clients.
Fluency in Italian & English
At least 1 year experience in the Forex industry
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Knowledge of Meta Trader platforms will be considered as an advantage
Punctual and reliable person

An attractive remuneration package of 1500 Euros gross monthly will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.

9:00am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm or 11:00am to 8:00pm
