Our client is an International Corporate Services, Tax Consultancy & Trust Firm in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Manager Business Development who will be responsible for managing the existing administrative team; developing key account relationships, assisting technically with company administration; and for the growth of the client portfolio and development of existing and new products.

International Trust and Tax Consultancy Firm.
Salary of 2,500 – 4,000 Euros gross + 13th salary

Our client is an International Corporate Services, Tax Consultancy & Trust Firm in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Manager Business Development who will be responsible for managing the existing administrative team; developing key account relationships, assisting technically with company administration; and for the growth of the client portfolio and development of existing and new products.

Purpose of the job:
Provide a leadership role to the existing team in Cyprus
Acquire new formation and company management business
Maintain and develop key relationships and contribute to overall Business Development strategies and planning.
Provide marketing insights and assist with development of new service lines
Develop a working knowledge of other the Company’s offices and service lines and effectively cross-sell into those.

Responsibilities:
Delivery of agreed revenue and client acquisition targets
Development and implementation of a strategic and tactical marketing plan, including visits to (inter alia) professional intermediaries
Formulation of KPIs and oversight of the performance of the local commercial team
Manage the local team of administrators
Provide daily assistance as required on any administrative or technical queries
Conducting visits to clients and prospects and handling relevant follow up to include execution of administration of portfolio companies in liaison with group back offices
Attend beneficial conferences, external seminars and other forums
Identify, propose and develop new product and service initiatives
Liaise with colleagues, including other business development professionals in the other international offices
Maintain and build a sound knowledge of changing legislations applicable
Gather relevant market information and provide input on this to the offices
Utilise CRM system and pipeline function for Company Formation services and report efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate will be/have:
Professional qualification, preferably in Accounting, Law or Company Administration
Industry-relevant knowledge and experience in Corporate Services: offshore (BVI etc) and Cyprus
Professional fluency in English (speaking and writing)

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 6.00pm with one-hour lunch break four days a week and once a week 8.30am – 3.00pm with half an hour lunch break
