Our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator for the smooth running of the office administration.
Organize, co-ordinate and monitor the office administration
Manage calendar for senior management
Greeting visitors, signing for packages, sorting and delivering mail
Answering, screening and redirecting inbound phone calls as appropriate
Manage back office functions including compiling, sorting and filing records
Handle the correspondence and maintain proper filing system
Record keeping in the accounting software
Provide secretarial and administration support
Customer support requests taking and tracking through an automated system
PR and networking events
The ideal candidate will have:
Diploma in Secretarial Studies
Basic accounting knowledge – previous experience and LCCI desired
Strong organizational and communication skills
Any working experience or knowledge of accounting or other business software would be considered an advantage
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel and Outlook.
Fluent English and Greek – both written and verbal required
The company is offering a salary of 1,100 Euros gross per month plus 13th month, medical insurance and provident fund.
