Our client, a real estate development and investment in high profile projects
Company located in Limassol, is looking to hire an Office Receptionist

Ensuring smooth running of office, including Reception, Facilities, Administration
Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and highly professional manner
Answering calls in a professional approach
Scheduling appointments for the Director
Secretarial duties including typing of correspondence of Director
Any ad-hoc duties as requested by company
Dealing with any seals / stamps of companies if necessary
Accountancy / Finance duties may include Daily Bank Reconciliations, Invoices etc. (Training will be given)

At least 1 years’ experience working in a similar position, within a Corporate Services Provider, Law Firm or Accounting Firm
Fluency in Greek and English is essential. Any other languages (especially Russian), would be advantageous
Professional, self-motivated, confident and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
Flexibility and adaptability approach, which are essential to this role
Well presented, with an excellent friendly customer service approach
Able use and work on your own initiative

The working hours are 09:00 hrs -17:30hrs Monday to Friday
