Our client, a Hotel Group, is currently looking to hire an Operations Executive for their offices in Paphos.
The person will be managing daily operations such as housekeeping, maintenance and purchasing, and will be reporting to the Head of Operations.
Coordinate daily operations of House Keeping and Maintenance Departments
Responsible for supervising all Housekeeping staff, ensure that work is completed according to company procedures and policy.
Responsible for quality assurance inspections on a daily basis. Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
Schedule and complete preventive maintenance checks.
Hire contractors and deal with vendors to ensure provision of high quality products and services.
Maintain up-do date records and inventory charges of each unit.
Responsible for ensuring that housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked and available for cleaning purposes. Maintain inventory records for all supplies purchased.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Previous experience in hotel operations is an advantage
Our client offers a salary of 1300-1500 euros gross based on skills, qualifications and experience, plus 13th salary, medical insurance and free parking.
