A shipping company in Limassol is looking to recruit a Secretary to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Company and the Managing Director.

Summary of responsibilities:
Preparation, distribution and recording of correspondence
Preparation and production of reports, proposals, procedures or documents
Maintenance and control of filing/archiving of Company’s directories
Organising meetings, diaries
Copying, scanning documents
Maintain contact details
Hostess for clients and guests
Taking over some of the Managers tasks
Carry out other department related tasks when required by the management

Requirements:
Minimum Secondary Vocational level of education (Secretary or Office Management)
Experience in a similar position
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of oral and written English and Greek
High level of multitasking/organizational skills
Able to work under pressure
Self-reliant

The working hours 20 – 25 hours per week (times to be discussed)
