Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol is looking to hire a Personal Assistant for their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Monitors of due diligence procedure
Establishes documents and amends compliance related policies and procedures
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Managing Director is well prepared for meetings
Carrying out specific projects and research
Taking on some of the Managing Director’s responsibilities and working more closely with management
Deputizing for the Managing Director, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the managing director
To take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate including but not limited to Regulation entities, external consultants, Company’s employees, processors.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the managing director
Carrying out background research and presenting findings mainly with regards to new markets, regulation and payment methods
Responsibility for accounts and budgets
Taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities as to managing the Compliance and Finance departments and working more closely with management
Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager’s absence;
Being involved in decision-making processes

Skills:
Computer literate
Must have Office Administration experience
Knowledge of the Financial Markets
Ability to work under pressure
A degree in Law would be considered as an advantage
Must be fluent in English and Greek both written and spoken

The working hours are Monday – Thursday from 9am till 6pm and on Fridays from 9am till 4pm

The salary is 1200-1500 Euro gross depending on experience
