Our client, an International Forex Company, is now looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to support BRS department, through the monitoring of the planning, implementation and tracking of specific BRS division projects.
-Oversee the planning, coordination, and tracking of specific Business Research & Solutions Division projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables in collaboration with Head of BRS. -Make regular Forex market and competitors researches to optimize company processes.
-Initiation of new products or services. Coordinate BRS projects workflow between all participants
–Forex market regular research for various company needs
-Understanding needs and analyzing ability of implementation of new projects based on existent Company software, Regulator requirements etc.
-Coordination of workflow between partners, technical team and involved Departments;
-Completion of the projects: different types of reports, documents filing, testing of successful implementation, presentation to users etc.
-Monitoring of realized projects.
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams internal and external and support teams to define concepts and functional requirements
-Design workflow charts and write requirements for projects
-Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
-Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
-Acts as a liaison between the Company and outsourced services
-Responsible for Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
-Gather and analyze project requirements and transfer this information to other departments
-Track and report project progress
-Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities
-BA/BSc University Degree in Business/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics or any other related subjects. MBA/MSc would be considered an advantage.
-Preferably a minimum 1-3 years’ experience in project management, project coordination, products management in the financial industries
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Package (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and/or project management related software.
-Experience of both qualitative and quantitative methods and analysis
-Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-level, multi-tasking mode
-Ability to manage assigned projects with the arranged deadline and within budget
-Ability to work and operate in multi-cultural, multi-lingual working environments
-Strong negotiating skills and team building skills to ensure results are achieved on time
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong understanding of Agile Development, and practical experience with it
-Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written
-Additional languages will be considered an advantage
