Our client, a Cypriot property company, dealing with land and real estate development, based in Larnaca, is looking to hire an experienced and motivated individual in the role of Real Estates Sales Representative.
– To communicate with perspective buyers of real estate products
– Create rapport
– Inform them about the laws and rules in the real estate industry .
– Coordinate viewings, carry them out & obtain feedback
– Update clients profiles on the database and transaction management systems
– Manage and enhance social media campaigns
– Fluent in English and Greek. Russian will be considered an important advantage.
– 2-3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred but not a must)
– Firm quantitative and analytical background
– Ability to present and sell ideas effectively
– Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and should also have strong organizational skills
– Ability to balance workloads and meet deadlines and timelines is a must
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Strong computer skills
– Team player
Basic salary: 700 EUROS NET + Excellent Commission Structure: from 0,25% – 1,25% per transaction (average transaction is 300,000 Euros).
