Our Client is a regulated International Binary Options company in Nicosia with a nice atmosphere. They were established 5 years ago and they are growing fast now. Therefore they are looking for a Dealer who will directly report to the Head of the Reception and Transmission.
The Reception and Transmission of Orders Officer is responsible for the concentration and dispatch of orders of clients where the orders are executed according to the processes that have been established and according to the Internal Plan of Operations Procedures established by the Company.
More specifically, the orders of customers are assembled and transmitted in the following ways:
” By phone (if the Company allows that type of transmission and has the appropriate hardware and software to support this method)
” By fax
” Electronically via a PC
The primary purpose of having a Reception of Orders Department is to control and confirm the orders received, before the transaction progresses.
Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company for the Reception and Transmission of Orders
To confirm the orders received from clients, before the transaction progresses, according to company policy and procedures
Implementation of the Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company for the Dealing Department
Ensure that the electronic systems are working properly and connection settings are fast and in place, otherwise they should contact system administrator
Ensure that data feed is done effectively and efficiently and at regular intervals
Ensure that when executing orders, they have checked the price, size and other factors that the clients have predetermined
Ensure that the Order Execution Policy is followed at all times
Ensure that the Department has adequate number of officers and the response time to each order is minimized
Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform is up to date and all updates, if any, were installed
Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform provides up to date information on prices and news
Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform is operational within the times specified in the Order Execution Policy
Avoiding any conflicts of interest in accordance with the Company’s Conflict of Interest Policy
Report any problems to the Head of the Department
Maintain records of all trades and orders
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Company’s Management, as and when required
Responsible for the proper and efficient filling of all documents relating to the above procedures
Performing any other activity assigned to them by the Company’s Management from time to time
Provide technical support to existing clients
Candidate must know MT4 (Client, Manager, and Administrator)
Good understanding of FOREX and CFDs Dealing
University Degree or Diploma in Finance or Economics
Holder of professional certificates issued by the Ministry of Finance regarding certification of employees of Cypriot Investment Firms; namely:
o Execution of Orders on Behalf of Clients;
o Reception and Transmission of Orders in relation to one or more Financial Instruments;
The working hours are now from 09.00 – 18.00 but shifts work might be needed in the future.
Our client is offering a salary which is dependent on skills and experience plus medical insurance after 3 months of employment
