The position will be responsible for:
Providing secretarial assistance to Department Managers and Senior Management
Answering the phone, meeting and greeting guests and clients,
Organizing and sorting paper work, incoming post, arranging outgoing post/couriers
Emailing, filing, faxing and photocopying for office purposes and management,
Arranging meeting rooms and providing refreshments to guests,
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manners and customer facing skills and be fluent in English with Greek
The working hours are standard office hours Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm and the company is offering a salary of between 1000 – 1200 Euros gross per month plus Medical Insurance.
